Returns & Exchanges

At WatchHouse, we take pride in the quality of our artisanal food products; however, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we offer a 14-day return window for a full refund or replacement. Please note that due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or consumed.

Return Process

  Contact Support

  Email our customer care team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of any damaged or incorrect items.

• 2.
  Receive Authorization

  Our team will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a prepaid shipping label if applicable.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely package the unopened products in their original shipping container, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
